NARARAPAT BANG MAGMANA ANG BIYUDA SA ARI-ARIAN NG BIYANAN

By | July 29, 2021

Q. Good day.

God bless 🙂 Regards. Vangie

Maliban  na lang  kung nagkaroon ng  Last Will and Testament ung biyanan  at itinalaga ung  son or daughter-in-law as voluntary heir or beneficiary heir.

However, mayroon mang last will and testament ung biyanan o wala, ang kanyang  anak  ay  entitled  na  mag  mana  from  the  estate  ng  kanyang  magulang.

in equal parts amongst the surviving spouse at mga anak nila.

CONSULT YOUR LAWYER  FIRST.
