Slowly, the current generation seems to lose the true essence of the emotion called love. They are now more pre-occupied with their selves that love is no longer the main reason for having someone in your life.
People nowadays enter into a relationship for the purpose of security, wealth, vanity, and even stature in society. Some desperate people even use the internet to look for their partner in life. Most of these people seek out the foreigners without even knowing that sometimes these foreigners are more desperate than they are. ETERNAL LOVE AFFAIR STORY;
This is a story of lola Juana. As a young lass, Juana met Romualdo in a school affair and spontaneously, both fell in-love with each other the moment they met. For them it is true love, but their parents don’t agree, for their families have a long unresolved dispute over the domain of a parcel of land.
Everyone in their families disagreed, but for the lovers, heaven and earth won’t be an obstacle to them. They eloped but were caught after several days and were separated by their own families, without knowing that Juana was already pregnant.
To cut the story short, the families were partially successful in separating the two lovers. Decades have passed and Juana and Romualdo both have ther own family. They even have grandchildren of their own. Juana stayed and lived in a foreign land, while Romualdo stayed in their hometown.
One fateful day, they met in the same place where they met before. Yes, they are now grandparents but it seems that time has never passed. The feeling of their youth and the long lost love was not lost after all. From that they on, hey never let go of each other. To add more happiness to them, Romualdo met his son and grandchildren from Juana. She gave birth abroad several months after they eloped.
But as Juana recalled, their love was again cut short by Romualdo’s death. Even if it was a short married life with Romualdo, Juana has no regrets and no trace of pain in her eyes. For them, it was the most fulfilling and joyous moment of their lives. The energy emitted by their love uplift everyone near them in that short moment of being together.
